The Swedish production and songwriting duo Bloodshy and Avant are responsible for several of the most innovative mainstream pop recordings of the 2000s, including tracks with Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Christina Milian and, most notably, Britney Spears. Christian Lars Karlsson (a.k.a. Bloodshy), whose previous credits included production work for Vitamin C, 98? and Ultra Nat?, first teamed with Pontus Winnberg (Avant) in 2001 to co-write and produce the single "I'm Right Here" for Samantha Mumba, the Irish singer who was once hailed as "the black Britney Spears." (The song was a top 5 U.K. hit, but its would-be parent album, Mumba's second, never materialized, although the track would later appear on her compilation The Collection in 2006.)

The duo contributed five songs to the debut album by the American R&B singer Christina Milian, resulting in two sizable worldwide hits: "When You Look At Me" and the fresh, synth-tinged "AM to PM." Following work for British stars Sugababes and Ms. Dynamite (including a top ten single, "It Takes More," for the latter), Bloodshy and Avant had a major coup when they were tapped to contribute to Britney Spears' 2003 album In The Zone. Specifically, they scored with the stunningly original "Toxic, which rode its insistent, otherworldly string hook to the tops of charts worldwide (despite only reaching #9 in the U.S.) when it was released as the album's second single as 2004.

"Toxic", which Karlsson and Winnberg co-wrote with their frequent confederate Henrik Jonback and the veteran songwriter Cathy Dennis, was widely regarded by critics and fans as one of the best songs of the year, and eventually earned an Ivor Novello award (for songwriting and composition) and a Grammy for Best Dance Recording. (Their collaboration with Dennis also yielded the funky, guitar-driven "Sweet Dreams My L.A. Ex,"which was rejected for the Spears album but became a #2 U.K. hit for Rachel Stevens.) The song "Chaotic," originally submitted for In The Zone, was used instead as the theme music for the reality series Britney and Kevin: Chaotic; Spears also tapped the duo for production duties on three tracks for 2004's Greatest Hits: My Prerogative, including the U.K. top-ten "Do Somethin'" and the hit titular.

While 2006 was an even quieter year, with their only notable output being a track for the international edition of Kelis “Kelis Was Here”. In 2007, however, Bloodshy and Avant were back in a major way, taking their highly electronic pop production style to bold new extremes that involved cutting up, tweaking and refracting the vocals on their tracks, in some cases practically to the point of obscuring the "lead" singer, or at least to wrest the listener's attention in multiple directions at once. The prime examples of this approach can be found, not surprisingly, on their four contributions to Britney Spears' triumphant comeback album Blackout, particularly the single "Piece of Me"; they also produced two similarly-styled tracks to Kylie Minogue's much-anticipated tenth album "Speakerphone".

Other projects the duo were involved in around this time included helping to pen a pastiche of contemporary pop for the film Music and Lyrics, working with R&B artists Kevin Michael and Sean Garrett, and producing for a cartoon hip-hop project with Hungarian animator Andras Erkel, the first track from which, "My Slang" by Spiss, appeared in early 2008. That same year, Karlsson and Winnberg were awarded the Swedish Music Export Award by their government.

Bloodshy and Avant scored their first success working with US singer/songwriter Christina Milian for her debut album. The collaboration resulted in two hit singles, "AM To PM," and "When You Look At Me," both of which hit number three on the UK Singles Chart. They were then commissioned to work with UK hip-hop singer/rapper, Ms. Dynamite, and BRIT Award-winning English pop group Sugababes. Bloodshy and Avant co-wrote and produced Britney Spears' hit single, "Toxic," which appeared on her album, In The Zone. They subsequently worked with Spears on her fifth studio album, Blackout, for which they collaborated with Spears on four songs, including, "Radar," "Freakshow," "Toy Soldier," and the hit single, "Piece of Me", and again on her 2008 follow-up, Circus, in which they produced the track "Unusual You" and the bonus tracks "Phonography" and "Trouble".

The duo co-wrote and co-produced two tracks with Madonna for her 2005 album, Confessions on a Dance Floor, entitled "How High," and "Like It Or Not." The album was a huge international success, and sold over nine million units worldwide.

In 2007, Bloodshy & Avant co-wrote and produced "Nu-di-ty" and "Speakerphone" for Kylie Minogue's highly anticipated 10th studio album X.
Bloodshy & Avant have also gained fame by remixes. They have remixed songs from Britney Spears including a remix for "Piece of Me" which charted number one on the US Billboard Hot Club Play chart.

Also other remixes for "Toxic" and "Me Against the Music" have topped the US Billboard charts. Bloodshy and Avant is currently in the studio with Spank Rock.

Swedish Top producer /songwriter Anders Bagge is internationally known for his very styleful, electric and groovy songwriting style as well as his outstanding productions. Many rank him as one of the best vocal producers in the world much because he`s a great singer himself. International superstars such as Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion have trusted Anders Bagge to take them to the top of the charts, and he has not let them down.

Anders first entered the US Top 3 for five weeks in 1999 with the huge smash hit single “Because of you” with 98 Degrees which he co-wrote and co-produced , their debut album sold more than 5 million units worldwide.

Some of his work includes producing and co-writing the world wide smash hit “Play” for Jennifer Lopez, songs “Sorry for love” and “Have you ever been in love” for Celine Dion`s album “A new day has come”, and he has also produced and written songs for acts such as Santana, Jessica Simpson, Destiny’s Child, Samantha Mumba, Enrique Iglesias, Janet Jackson and just recently for the queen of pop Madonna on her latest mega success album “Confessions on a Dance floor”.

In the near future new songs and productions will be released with a lot of prominent artists from Anders Bagge, he has been among the top songwriters and producers in the world for many years now and more to come.

A Side Productions was established by Per Magnusson and David Kreuger at the end of 2000 after legendary Cheiron Studios decided to close up shop.
Writing and producing music for major international artists such as Boyzone, Britney Spears, Westlife and the Backstreet Boys, A Side Productions proceeds enjoying widespread success working with Il Divo, Celine Dion, Josh Groban, Shayne Ward, Leona Lewis and many more.
Per Magnusson
It all got started with a random encounter in 1992. Considering how much time the two music lovers, Per Magnusson and David Kreuger, spent in record stores, though, maybe the meeting wasn't so random after all. Magnusson/Kreuger happened to find themselves in the same Stockholm music store at the same time, struck up a conversation, and immediately hit it off. Soon afterward, they began writing music together. One day they got the chance to play one of their songs for Denniz PoP, whom David Kreuger knew from his days on Stockholm's DJ circuit. Denniz had recently joined up with Tom Talomaa to create the now-legendary recording studio and music production company, Cheiron. Denniz liked what he heard and invited Magnusson/Kreuger aboard as writers/producers.
David Kreuger
From 1993 through 1997, Magnusson / Kreuger's projects met success across the globe: The tandem produced the first two albums for the Swedish female artist, Dede. Both records went gold in Japan. Another production, Dreamworld's single, "Movin' Up", hit gold in Australia. They produced songs on E-Type's second and third albums: "You Will Always (Be a Part Of Me)", "Princess of Egypt", and "I Will Always Be Around". Also the duo produced "Walk Away" for Solid Harmonie and wrote and produced the single "Sex U Up (The Way You Like It)" for Lyte Funkie Ones (L.F.O.)

Jock-E is one of Sweden’s most experienced pop songwriters/producers. During the 90’s he was involved in numerous successful production and songwriting assignments when he was part of the renowned Swedish production team TOEC. Multi- million selling acts like Ace of Base (Mega), Pandora (Virgin) and Dreamworld (Echo/RCA US) were some of the artists Jock-E produced and wrote for.

After that he started his own club project Night Vision. The song “Ready for that weekend” became a great club hit and was released all around Europe, U.S. and Australia. Peaked on no 2 U.K. club charts for 4 weeks in row. Also entered Billboard club chart. No 13.

Since then Jocke-E has written and produced for international stars like Holly Valance (London/WEA), Dannii Minogue (London/WEA), Jennifer Paige, Lene Nystrom (Polydor), Thomas Anders (BMG), Sertab (Sony), Alcazar (BMG) to name but a few. His songwriting/production style is very diverse but yet contemporary, melody-driven and edgy. In November 2005, he signed with EMI Music Publishing Scandinavia AB.
