2003-2005 / Signed as in-house producer at The Location. Working with international artists like Westlife (uk), Lindsay Lohan (us), Diana Degarmo (us) and Tammin Sursok (australia)

2006-2008 / Running his own studio. Working on stage-musical Dandy and recording artists like Celine Dion (us), Ace Young (us), Ana Johnsson (swe), Christian Walz (swe), Janet Leon (swe)and Tha Vill (us). Also writing and producing songs with so-called “A-List” writers like Desmond Child, Diane Warren, Anders Bagge and Jack Knight.

Kalle Engstrom started his musical career back in his hometown of Stockholm, Sweden. After graduating music-school he started to produce records for various artists in Sweden. He established a rapport with well-known Swedish recording artist Christian Walz, producing some of the songs on Walz’s debut album.

In 2002 Kalle started working as an in-house producer at the worldwide-known The Location Studios in Stockholm. The Location is what use to be called Cheiron Studios and the founders Kristian Lundin, Andreas Carlsson and Jake Schultz were all members of the Cheiron Team who wrote/produced numerous international hit songs for artists like Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, N'Sync, Celine Dion.

The Cheiron Team was given the Export Prize from the Swedish government. During his time at The Location Kalle produced international artists like Westlife, Lindsay Lohan and Tammin Sursok among others as well as delivering his musical talent as a programmer and musician onto records like Blue Skies with American Idol (second place winner) Diana Degarmo and Ana Johnsson.

In 2005 Kalle decide to leave the ”The Location” and open his own studio in Stockholm in which he continued to produced songs for Ana Johnsson and Christian Walz. In 2006 Kalle, Andreas Carlsson and writer Jцrgen Elofsson (Britney Spears, Kelly Clarkson) teamed up for making what was to be become a new stage-musical called Dandy. Set for a major debut worldwide in 2009. Recently Kalle also wrote/produced 6 songs for American Idol-finalist Ace Young’s debut album.

Set for release in June 2008 as well as Co-produced the song Eyes On Me, from Celine Dion’s latest studio album Taking Chances. In 2009 Kalle has worked with artists such as UK-Girlband The Saturdays (upcoming single called "Work") and UK Eurovision winner Jade Ewen. Kalle is published by Meriola Songs, part of Meriola Media Group, Sweden and in early 2008 Meriola Songs signed a deal with Kobalt Music Publishing for administration in the US.

Currently featured on CELINE DION's latest chart-topping album TAKING CHANCES - producing the song "EYES ON ME", songwriter/producer KALLE is in high demand!??He recently co-wrote/produced numerous songs on American Idol finalist (also grammy-nominated) ACE YOUNG's anticipated debut album (release early 2008).

He is also working on new projects with esteemed hit-makers ANDREAS CARLSSON (Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears etc) and ANDERS BAGGE (J. Lo, Christina Milian, Celine Dion), including upcoming stage-musical/movie "DANDY" and 16-year old swedish prodigy JANET LEON. ??

Stockholm native KALLE has been making music almost his entire life. In 2003 Kalle was signed to THE LOCATION, (Ex: CHEIRON STUDIOS). During his time at The Location he worked with artists such as LINDSAY LOHAN, DIANA DEGARMO, WESTLIFE.
