David EriksenКраткая биография A versatile musician, producer and songwriter, David Eriksen has certainly contributed his share to international pop culture in recent years. Worked with talents from all over the world such as: Clay Aiken, Lindsay Lohan, Nick Lachey, Richard Marx, Jessica Simpson, Cathy Dennis, The Saturdays, Paulina Rubio, Rachel Stevens, Sheryl Crow, Jade(AFI), Leeann Akers, Gary Barlow, Gareth Gates, Amy Studt, Simon Climie, S Club 7, Monrose, Wayne Hector, Dan Wilson(Semisonic), Tom Nichols, Anthony Callea, Tata Young, Darin, Name, Carola, A Teens, Andreas Johnson, Ola, Paperboys, TNT, MadCon, Tone Damli Aaberge, Alejandro Fuentes, Venke Knutson and more.. Covering a wide geographical array of collaborations, Eriksen's captivating songs have reached the shores of Hong Kong/Southeast Asia (Tata Young,Jacky Cheung), Mexico/Latin America (Paulina Rubio), Australia (Anthony Callea, Amy Person), USA (Lindsay Lohan, Nick Lachey/Jessica Simpson and Clay Aiken), UK (Rachel Stevens, Gareth Gates, Amy Studt and S Club 7), Sweden (A*Teens and Carola), and - of course - his native Norway (Tone Damli Aaberge, Alejandro Fuentes, TNT, Paperboys and more). As a producer and writer he has achieved several top 10 singles in the UK incl a No1, and No1 album in the US as well as top 10 single. Born in Norway, raised in Argentina, but based in Norway since the age of 11, Eriksen - inspired at 15 by a relative who was a jazz producer - started his selfmade music career as the keyboardist in local pop/rock band IC Eyes (CBS Records, 1988) and later went on to craft songs for artists like Flava To Da Bone, Baba Nation and Grace. In 2005, he enjoyed a run as jury member of Idol (Norway), from where he later signed then 17-year old runner-up contestant Tone Damli Aaberge, whose pop/jazz/country-tinged, gold-certified album "Bliss" was licensed locally to EMI Music.
